Last year Ak and I were asked to help with design of a home here on 30A. The home was finished so we had the fun job of furnishing the home. This bedroom was already painted with the aqua windows and trim and we decided it was fun and to work with it. We found this great floral print that tied the entire room together. I hope you enjoy!

Love the aqua shutters! What a fun jumping off point. You pulled it together masterfully. The whole room is crazy gorgeous! But questions! I have questions! Did you install the planking? Love that too! I want to do that in my newly built Florida home. It was suggested that I use a composit, such as Hardy Plank because it would withstand the high humidity. What say you?

We did not install the planking in this house but we love planking. We have only ever done wood inside a home.

We actually don’t know the color. This home was newly finished when our clients bought it so we left many paint colors and finishes throughout. This room had these paint colors existing so we pulled it all together with the fabrics.
