Hi All! The Coastal Living Beach Cottage Tours are in full swing. Make your plans to come tour the house!

Tour Dates:
Thursday through Sunday every week now through November 22nd 2015
Special Days during Thanksgiving Week
Open Monday November 23rd, Tuesday November 24th, Wednesday November 25th, Closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. Then open Friday November 27th, Saturday November 28th, and Sunday November 29th.
Hours: 11am-5pm
(special note: The house will be decorated for Christmas starting on Thursday November 19th through Sunday Nov 29th)

(we are located in the heart of Old Seagrove but we are unincorporated so everyone down here along 30A is Santa Rosa Beach on GPS – this has confused a few people)

$20 a person to tour
A portion of the proceeds benefit Alaqua Animal Refuge, Food for Thought and Seaside Repertory Theatre which are all some of my favorite local nonprofits.

Coastal Living Beach Cottage

Hi All!  Paige here.  We have been working hard to wrap up the Coastal Living Beach Cottage in Seagrove.  It is the first remodel that Coastal Living Magazine in their showhouse program.  The house is officially open for Tours!  The tour dates are Thursday through Sunday  weekly Oct 8- Nov 22 then Thanksgiving week special days and we are open that entire week except for thanksgiving day.  The house officially closes Sunday Nov 29th.  The hours are 11am to 5pm.  It is $20 to tour and we have chosen 3 local charities to receive a portion of the proceeds Food for Thought, Alaqua Animal Refuge, and Seaside Reperatory Theatre.  

What makes this different than most show houses is that after it closes I move into the home!
