We were asked by a family to update and maximize their rooftop in Seaside. We changed it from a simple rooftop with a few chairs on it to a modern oasis. One thing at Tracery is we love all projects big and small. This one is a small space with amazing big views. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the gulf.
P.S. Yes that is fake grass… don’t you love it!?!
Today is the day! Tours open at 11am! Thanks to everyone who helped us get here! Can’t wait to show you all the 2015 Coastal Living Beach Cottage!

One thing us girls at Tracery L.O.V.E is a great kitchen. This is a kitchen we worked on last year during a renovation. The home is located in Old Seagrove (around the corner from my own home. It was fun to work on a project where I could ride my bike to site visits! So take a look around at this kitchen…
Now back to making my pound cake using an old school recipe. As I said…. we love kitchens.

I wrapped up a little Christmas decorating for our friend, Stephanie, over at www.southernfashionhouse.com yesterday and it was too fun not to share with you!
I got an early start, cranked up the holiday music, and got to work on this fun little project. Antique glass ornaments, glittery deer and pinecones, burlap, and oh,…just a few antlers.
For all you southerners and outdoorsmen….I think you might like this!
I hope you’re enjoying your Christmas decorating too!
Can’t think of much to say today… but you come here for the pictures I am sure… So here are a few of our favorite white rooms we have designed over the years.
We love a beach house. I think most people do. We recently finished designing a beach home. We brought the colors of the beach indoors. Aqua, seaweed green, driftwood, white, etc…. all incorporated together to create a relaxed beach home for a family. This home is designed to be a relaxing escape. Enjoy a look around the living room!
