  1. I LOVE the high back dining chairs in the Lake Martin project. I am from that area and can appreciate all the work that goes in to making those homes beautiful.

  2. Well, this Christmas these mercury glass vases would brighten up the spirit of my favorite teacher who happens to be my grown up daughter. She is teaching in the black belt in Alabama with Teach for America, a remarkable program for teachers of children in at-risk urban areas or poverty level rural areas. Her commitment to her kids is unwavering and she has become my inspiration this season. So proud of her and sparkles are her absolute favorite! Happy holidays you guys and thanks for the beauty you put out into the world!

  3. All of your work is beautiful! It’s very difficult to select a favorite. Also, compliments to your photographer – the images are stunning. My favorite is the Mountain Brook in town with the tutus hanging on the hooks – it looks like the first line in a beautiful story…..

  4. So hard to choose! Love the Lake homes, but maybe it is the time in my life with my nest almost empty and starting a new chapter in my life that the Auburn home speaks to me. Calm with soft color. But I still love the Lake homes…

  5. well, it is a very hard choice, but I have a tie: your dining area/banqquette in the Southern Living Idea House and a blog post that I have kept as inspiration about decorating an old french drying rack with white lights last year as a christmas tree in an entry way.

  9. Rosemary Beach house my favorite — if you force me to choose. They are all so beautiful — it’s way to hard to say “favorite” — love something about every house.

  11. I will always love the 2009 design house you did in Texas! The colors are so vibrant and inviting. If I had to pick a favorite, the bedroom with the twin beds and adjoining bath is great. Love the black with pale blue accents – so fresh and classic!

  12. Love the bedroom in the lake Martin house in your at the lake series. I tagged it on houzz before I even realized it was yours! Love the contrast in the tall headboard with the mirrored side table and chandelier. Perfect!

  13. Homewood, Alabama – 20’s Spanish Revival is beyond fantastic. Especially catching my eye is the stove alcove. I love the arch. I love the size of the stove and the best part about the size is that it provides plenty of space (in lieu of counter space) on the sides (and middle) for using while cooking. So together, it is not only gorgeous but more than practical! Great job!!! So many stoves located in alcove do not provide the space for countertops within the alcove and it is difficult practically. And the furniture and furnishing throughout the house are perfect as is the space planning. The dark brown pieces which would seem to bee too much brown actually keep the space form feeling crowded given all the woodwork…so the pieces in white just pop. Counter-intuitive but brilliant. Really a great job for a great house.

  14. Paige, so glad I looked through your portfolio. After hearing you talk about your work, it’s nice to finally get a look at it. STUNNING!! I loved every bit of it. I’m about to start “pinning” onto my “Happy home” Pinterest board. 🙂

Both of the lake homes were beautiful, but I think my favorite was the Southern Living idea home. Something about it was so warm, cozy and inviting. I would feel right at home there!

    Merry Christmas!!
