For our sixth day of giving fun stuff away we are offering one Hedgehog Bottle Opener. This little guy has been one of our all time favorites for quite a while. He’s cute, opens your beer bottles and doesn’t pee on the carpet. He retails at $29.00 and is your’s (in the Continental U.S. only-sorry) for F.R.E.E. if you can give him the best name. If you can’t live with out this little fella and don’t win our giveaway shoot us an email at shop@traceryinteriors.com and we can get one of his brothers or sisters on their way.
You have until 5:00 pm on Sunday, December 18 to enter. The winner will be announced on Monday. Our favorite name wins-good luck!!

Hugo Humpworth didn’t start life as a hedgehog. He was a handsome, hale young lad who hemmed high-hung draperies in the hallowed halls of Fishworth Manor (in the hills of Halifax) until one day he let a jeweled passamenterie fall from his perch atop a rickety ladder of unknown origin. It fell into the upswept coiffure of Helga Hinkstap, the domineering decorator with horrible teeth (and worse breath) who managed to get everything wrong all the time but still get paid. She turned her wand upon him (and the worked beautifully, because it was hand-carved mahogany, and from a Baker collection she could never remember the name of). She turned him first into a hedgehog, and when he fell from the ladder and tried to bite her, she turned him into this sad but handsome bottle opener, and placed upon it this legend: The person to open the hundredth bottle with Hugo Humpworth’s hiney shall have a happily ever after (for at least a half hour).
