We are extremely excited and proud to share some news with you! We’ve once again been selected by Southern Living to design an Idea House…this time in beautiful and historic Senoia, Georgia. The project is a renovation/addition to an early 19th century cottage-style farmhouse. We’re excited to be working with the talented architectural team at Historical Concepts along with John Bynum Custom Homes, Inc., one of the Atlanta area’s premier custom home builders, and Senoia’s Historic Development Ventures, LLC.
This farmhouse revival project is expected to draw as many as 40,000 visitors from across the country, and Southern Living is scheduled to feature it the August 2012 issue. The home will be open for tours from June to December 2012.
We had a great time working with Southern Living in 2009 when we designed an Idea House at Cinnamon Shore in Port Aransas, Texas. We’re really looking forward to being a part of another project with Southern Living and can’t wait to get started. Things kick off early next month so stay tuned for more news and a few sneak peeks along the way!
