Rosemary beach! You feel like your in a magazine when your downtown Rosemary. The area is bursting with culinary treats, unique shopping and of course the beaches!
We had a chance to visit Rosemary Beach in July and can’t wait to come back!
Living in Birmingham, AL the last 20 years, my family have many vacation memories on the Gulf Coast…Seaside, Water Color, Rosemary Beach, etc…all our equally beautiful! As fate has it, my husband and family were tranferred to Wrightsville Beach, NC and now we live at the beach full time. While its a great new lifestyle experience living on the Atlantic Coast, home will always be in Alabama and our favorite beaches will always be on the Gulf Coast. We would cherish the 30A book and proudly display it on our coffee table! Merry Chrustmas and Happy New Year!
Happy New Year Teri! Hope you get the opportunity to visit your favorite beaches in 2013. In the meantime, you can look at your new book!
Seaside! Merry Christmas to you all
I Love anywhere on 30A especially Rosemary Beach. I’ve had the opportunity to spend 2 very special occasions there. One a wedding of one of my dear friends and the other with family, especially my grandparents!
Y’all are so generous with all of your lovely give- aways:))
I went to Sarasota many years ago. I live near Galveston where the sand is brown, so that white Florida sand was beautiful.
When we lived in Birmingham, friends told us we HAD to go to seaside. So, in 2001, we drove down for a little baby moon & were hooked. Now that we’re back in Michigan, I can only dream of the white sand beaches before waking up to white snow instead.
I would have to say my favorite spot on the beach is the Eastern Lake walkover. After just a few steps you get a glimpse of the lake meeting the ocean! It is just beautiful and a sight you do not see often. We have seen many, many people just stop halfway down the walkover and just pause. We are very lucky to have access to such a beautiful place!
I love Santa Rosa Beach. It’s never too crowded, we can walk to the beach and great shopping and food are close by in Seaside and Rosemary. When I’m having a bad day, I think of Santa Rosa to make me feel better!
St. George island, Fl. A piece and peace of heaven
I have to say, Rosemary is beautiful and we love to visit, but I totally love a evening at Stinky’s for dinner. Such a laid back night! I look forward to it every summer! M.
We are planning our first trip to the Gulf this summer. Always been a Myrtle Beach type family. This would certainly serve as inspiration! Merry Christmas.
Our favorite place by far is Alys beach which includes our favorite restaurant George’s! My daughter loves it so much that she wants to be married there rather than here in Atlanta!
I enjoy your work. I am sure the book is a lovely one.
Haven’t had the chance to visit but can’t wait! My favorite time at the beach is the late afternoon, warm sun, crowds have left, so relaxing!
Watching the sunset from pretty much anywhere on 30-A. Just beautiful!
Seagrove Beach, naturally. I have seen the book on display at Design in Seagrove. I would love to win it!
Favorite place is Alys beach and dinner at George’s. Love the side patio right at sunset.
That looks like a wonderful book, I have never been to Rosemary Beach but hope to eventually go there. When I was a kid I lived pretty close to the beach, my parents would take us there often. I have so many fond memories. You have a lovely blog.
Nice! Never been
i love the rosemary beach area and wish i could visit more, but my parents have a place in orange beach so i grew up down there and adore it. my grandparents used to have a place in gulf shores. bottom line, i love alabama and florida beaches.
